Our Story
After a decade of managing and staffing events, On Tray Services (OTS) was founded by Jeremy Madia in 2020. In the wake of the pandemic, Jeremy wanted to bring his unique vision of what hospitality could mean — not just for clients, but for the people working behind the scenes.

He focused on creating an inclusive, safe, and positive work environment, passing years of experience to staff and building a team that embodies OTS’s core values: reliability, communication, respect, and compassion.
At OTS, we believe that fostering a culture of care and professionalism internally leads directly to exceptional service for our clients. We know that great staffing is about more than just pouring drinks or clearing plates — it's about showing up with purpose, awareness, and humanity.
