Established in 2020, On Tray Services specializes in recruiting attentive staff capable of delivering high end service and adapting to the needs of each of our clients. We take great pride in our roster and what they bring to every event. Our team strives to deliver service with care and consideration.

Our Story

After over a decade of managing and staffing events, On Tray Services (OTS) was founded by Jeremy Madia in 2020. In the wake of the pandemic, he wanted to bring his unique vision of what hospitality could mean to clients and staff across the industry. 

He focused on creating an inclusive, safe, and positive work environment, passing years of experience to staff, and building a team that embodies the company's core values and ideals. At OTS, we know that by fostering a culture of respect, positivity, and safety for our staff, we ensure the success of our clients' events and that their guests experience exceptional, dynamic service. 

 

More than that, we consider the specific needs of each of our clients’ and tailor bookings keeping in mind staff's experience, skill set, and personality. We provide our team with the leadership, training, and resources they need to excel at every event.
